Education: University of California and La Salle
University. Founder and the first Chief Executive Officer of The Settlement
Company, Mexico's first company specializing in real estate transfers and
escrows. Licensed as a California real estate broker in 1965, she has lived in
Mexico for over twenty-five years. Linda has guided the development of a
mortgage company and has extensive experience in escrows, appraisals, liens and
foreclosures in Mexico, has developed partnerships and joint ventures,

Director of Finance - Quirino Parra:
Quirino was born in La Paz, Baja California Sur. He received his early
education in that city. Quirino is a recent graduate of the University of Baja
California Sur, with specialization in International Affairs. As Director of
Finance, he is responsible for the company trust accounts, day-to-day
accounting and long term financial planning. Quirino plays an important role in
the company. His attention to detail and keen mind for numbers are valuable
assets.
Director, Department of Conflict Resolution - Joaquin Beltran:
Joaquin Beltran, native of Mexico City, moved to La Paz in 1993. Prior to that time he was a prominent member of that city's legal fraternity specializing in civil, fiscal and labor law.
He has been a driving force behind the establishment of the Legal Faculty at the University of Baja California Sur and has served as President of the 5th special meeting of the National Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
He serves as an Advisor to the Council of IFE, the Federal Electoral Board, and has presided as judge in the federal zone labor court.
He has a lifetime of experience in matters relating to arbitration and mediation and well qualified to head up this department.

Juan was born in Uruapan Michoacan, where he received his early education.
He is a graduate in law from the University of Michoacan in Morelia. During his career he has worked for prominent legal firms in Mexico.
Following his successful academic career he has taken numerous continuing education courses both on Mainland Mexico and in Los Cabos.
He teaches several classes at UABCS, the State University of Baja California Sur.
