ADVISOR and CONSULTANT - LINDA NEIL, Born in California, Education: University of California and La Salle University. Founder and the first Chief Executive Officer of The Settlement Company, Mexico's first company specializing in real estate transfers and escrows. Licensed as a California real estate broker in 1965, she has lived in Mexico for over twenty-five years. Linda has guided the development of a mortgage company and has extensive experience in escrows, appraisals, liens and foreclosures in Mexico, has developed partnerships and joint ventures, Including the Mexican-American investment companies Lajauna S.A., Asociados de Mexico, S.A. and Marsea, S.A. de C.V. Her skills in negotiating contracts and in reaching a meeting of the minds between parties from three distinct cultures have placed her services in demand as a consultant and for speaking engagements on Mexican Law and customs in Mexico, the United States and Canada. Director of Finance - Quirino Parra: Quirino was born in La Paz, Baja California Sur. He received his early education in that city. Quirino is a recent graduate of the University of Baja California Sur, with specialization in International Affairs. As Director of Finance, he is responsible for the company trust accounts, day-to-day accounting and long term financial planning. Quirino plays an important role in the company. His attention to detail and keen mind for numbers are valuable assets.

Director, Department of Conflict Resolution - Joaquin Beltran: Joaquin Beltran, native of Mexico City, moved to La Paz in 1993. Prior to that time he was a prominent member of that city's legal fraternity specializing in civil, fiscal and labor law.
He has been a driving force behind the establishment of the Legal Faculty at the University of Baja California Sur and has served as President of the 5th special meeting of the National Conciliation and Arbitration Board.
He serves as an Advisor to the Council of IFE, the Federal Electoral Board, and has presided as judge in the federal zone labor court.
He has a lifetime of experience in matters relating to arbitration and mediation and well qualified to head up this department.

Legal Counsel and Closing Officer - Gisela Talamantes Saenz, L.L.M.: Born in La Paz, Baja California where Gisela received her early education. She went on to receive a Degree in International Legal Studies with Specialization n International Business law from The Washington College of Law at the American University, Washington D.C. Gisela also studied law at the Universite du Fribourg in Switzerland and the L’Ecole Superieur du Commerce in France.. Her specialty is real estate and contract law. She serves Legal Counsel and Closing Officer for the company.

Office Administrator- (La Paz Office) - Pilar Lucero: Born in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Pilar received her early education in La Ventana, B.C.S. and Los Planes, B.C.S. Her later education was in La Paz. In addition to her responsibilities with the company, she is currently studying for a degree in Modern Languages at the State University of Baja California Sur. Pilar is taking courses that will qualify her to teach, English, Spanish, French and Japanese. She is in charge of administration in our La Paz, main office. Her major task is communication with our Closing Officers in other cities and our Financial Officer who is located in San Jose del Cabo, B.C.S.
