Copy of Evidence of title under an Escritura Publica (Public Instrument or Deed), issued by a Notary Public, showing the seal of the Public Registry of property. including all the attachments (Exhibits). NOTE: It is important to include a copy of any corrections or amendments made to Escritura Publica, if any.

Copy of property Tax payment.

Copy of Acta Constitutiva (Articles of Incorporation), in the event a corporation is either the Seller or the Buyer.

Copy of Power of Attorney, issued by a Notary Public, showing the seal of the Public Registry of Property Office. (If Appplicable).

Copy of Subdivision or Condominium Regime, authorized by the Property Tax Office, issued by a Notary Public, showing the seal of the Public Registry of property office, (If applicable).

Copy of Escritura Publica (Public Instrument or Deed) in which easements are established. (If Applicable).

Copy of map, plan, blueprint or diagram of the real estate, showing the seal of the Property Tax Office.

Copy of any other related documents such as Permits, Approvals, Homeowner's Rules and Regulations, previous titles of property, appraisals, if available.
