Welcome to our third Quarter Newsletter. The biggest news in the Quarter was sad. That was the devastating Hurricane that hit the Baja Peninsula. On the positive side, a new Global Mexico Real Estate Institute was launched. Also this quarter the Guadalajara Section of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) held its annual Conference. (FORO) We also include updates on the real eat markets in Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Puerto Vallarta.

En el lado positivo, se lanzó un nuevo Instituto de Bienes Raíces de Global Mexico. También en este trimestre la sección Guadalajara de la Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) celebró su conferencia anual. It was followed by the first Certified International Property Specialist Institute, in English. It was presented in Cabo San Lucas.
